This is a 2 session case, with time between classes to work on projects. Date and times below

whimsical stuffed pup?  Join us for this

knitting class; it will be fun!

The toy is about 14 inches tall, knit in one

piece from the bottom up over the head and

back down the other side, then sewn

together along the sides. It is made with DK

weight yarn, with 2  colors held together.

You could use a single strand of bulky

weight instead, but would need something

lighter for the ears. The face is embroidered

with yarn.

You will need to bring:

2 skeins of contrasting DK weight yarn. This will be enough to make at least two, if not three,  toys, so if you bring a friend, you can share! It should be both soft-ish and machine washable.

Size 9 and size 6 knitting needles, straight or circular

Printed pattern. This is a free pattern on Ravelry.com. It costs nothing to join Ravelry and they  only send emails with a download that you have ordered. The site has many groups and tons of  information about all things fiber, and is well worth your time. Please go to the site for your  own copy of this pattern.

This is a 2 class series:

The first class is October 2, 2022 1-4pmm ;knitters will have 2 weeks to work on projects at home and return October 16, 2022 1-4pm to finish projects. The fee covers both classes.

Students should be proficient in casting on, knitting, purling, and binding off.
